• Invoices for over 100 buildings need to be managed and many of their invoices were in handwritten form

• Manual data entry work by accounting staffs was needed, which is a time consuming and low value-added

• Errors related to fields were discovered later in the data entry process and affected their operation efficiency

WCL Solution helped the property management company by building generic invoice template for them to handle various kinds of templates in incoming invoice.

Also, we helped them to design the validation process to match against the data in ERP to ensure the data is accurate.
